Prices
All prices are F.O.B. our nursery and are subject to change without notice. First time orders are C.O.D. To those with established credit, our terms are net 30. Interest of 1-1/2% per month (18% annual) will be charged on accounts that are past 30 days. We require full payment on pickup or delivery for new accounts and those without established credit.
Freight
We can arrange delivery through a local freight company who is experienced in handling nursery stock. All freight costs are the purchaser’s responsibility and must be paid at the time of delivery. Customers are responsible for instructions and scheduling with carriers. Local deliveries may be made on our trucks.
Guarantee
All stock is guaranteed to be true to name and in good condition. After stock leaves our nursery, we assume no responsibility for growth, productivity or results obtained in transplanting.
Claims
Claims for errors, shortages or rejections must be noted on the Bill of Lading and by telephone to us immediately after delivery with written follow up within five (5) working days.
